We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Manager/Engineering Manager who has experience of managing and working on Mobile Application development Product.

Requirements

üAt least 12 years  experience in Mobility Solution.

üExperience in handling team (minimum team size 20) - IOS / android.

üStrong inter-personal skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

üExperience in requirement analysis, feasibility study, projects planning, scheduling, effort estimation, team management, and stakeholder relationship.

üRecent experience in designing and implementing native mobile application.

üStrong understanding and preferably hands on in mobile application development technologies Android/IOS/WM etc.

üShould have Mobile UI and mobile product development experience.

Responsibilities

ü Serve as primary point of contact for mobile apps (IOS/Android) team.

üDelivering Mobility Strategy and help in define Mobile Architecture.

ü Working in close-co-operation with engineers, product team, user experience specialists, testers, and technical developers (Android, IOS) to deliver world-class mobile applications.

ü Effort estimation and Product development planning.

ü Develop and publish project plans and development timelines.

ü Identify and proactively mitigate project risks and issues.

ü Coordinate with dependent engineering teams to engage resources and integrate dependencies into project plans

ü Enforce project schedule with project team members. 

ü Providing technical support to technical team.

Qualifications:

ü4-5 years of managerial experience.

üGood understanding of Mobile application framework.

üMinimum 4-5 years on core mobile platform - IOS OR android development.

Should have a very strong understanding of how mobile impacts business/consumers.
